If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the approved order specifications due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

After reviewing the claim, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace, reproduce, or provide another appropriate resolution for qualifying merchandise.
